In the apartment where Duarte Amaral Netto worked there is a clear distinction of two spaces.
The first, situated at the top of the apartment has two photographs of different works, they both have clear windows that do not interfere with the view of the space.
On the bottom floor of the apartment, the artist shows three images form the same body of work with a more intimate and private nature. It was intentional to be consistent with the function and location of the room.
This is also where the artist transferred to the wall three images, taken from the beach in front of the apartment. The process used to transfer was the same used on the printed work, in which the landscape has almost no reference and becomes more abstract than real.
